Like many families our socializing takes place in and around good food and the kitchen. This and travel has exposed me to some great cuisine which I want to share with others. Having spent most of my working days in the corporate world I'm excited about this new street food adventure. I love food, people & the outdoors and combining all three just made sense. Already its been extremely gratifying and a lot of fun.
We do something pretty unique with our crepes and signature sear them to give them a crispness, completely different then anything I've ever experienced with crepes.
I haven't had an opportunity to try all of the food trucks yet but some of the ones I've been to have some pretty amazing stuff and Calgary is in for a treat for sure.
I'd like to thank all my friends and family that helped and supported. From the ground up build of the truck to creating and testing the menus. I'm really not sure how I/we would have gotten this thing off the ground without them.
So if you're in the neighbourhood come & join us, I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.

Chef Rob
Raised on the south shore of beautiful Montreal. his Passion for food started from the best cook in the world “Mom”. His mom baked for 15 years and was a house chef. By the time Rob came along perfection was all he ate. She taught him how taste and the feel for foods was more important than just following a recipe. It was always a pinch of this, and a pinch of that that led to mouth watering flavors. Since leaving home many moons ago, Rob has worked for over 25 years in the food industry. His greatest fans now are his beautiful wife and son.
